Reports are coming in that Nintendo with the help of 54 other software companies including Capcom has filed a lawsuit with the Tokyo District Court using the unfair competition prevention laws against companies that imporrt the R4 revolution. SEGA, Capcom, Square Enix, Hudson and a whole heap of others are involved, with Nintendo claiming that "It is causing severe damage to our company and software makers, and this is something that we cannot possibly overlook."
