Rob Saunders of Nintendo has told a gaming website that it is usual for the Nintendo development team to work on new hardware once a piece of hardware is launched. And its perfectly normal that a new model will come out when Nintendo run out of ideas with the current DS, however he added "we don't think the Nintendo DS is at that stage yet, and we'd like to keep offering all sorts of suggestions to enrich the lives of people who own a Nintendo DS."
