my psp won't charge since it jumped off my knee, therefore no updates. also won't play champ man, says "The game could not be started.(80020148)." it does however play midnight club 3 dub edition?? havent confirmed yet though that champ man is workin cos havent had a chance to check it on a different psp. how much is that likely to be for you to repair?

Sound like it could be a couple of things

damage to charging port and maybe also damage to the UMD reader

jst realised (oops) that my FW is actually 1.52, so thats why the game aint loading i'm assuming!

anyway, how much is it for the mainboard replacement if thats the cause of the problems?
