Blueocean reports that "I have a bit of a problem with some r4 cards I purchased. Basically they got detained at customs and after contacting them they gave me a reason saying that the r4 cards might be fake and that they are sending a sample to Nintendo and asking them if it is fake or not. I tried explaining that the r4 is not a product of Nintendo but they kept telling me that Nintendo have the right to it." Has Nintendo stepped up its fight against the device even more?
